By using our WordPress Maintenance Plan services, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and the services we provide. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transactions or services.
At QuickCoderz, we are committed to providing high-quality WordPress website maintenance services to ensure your site remains secure, up-to-date, and functioning smoothly. Our team offers a range of services designed to support and enhance your website, including regular updates, security monitoring, performance optimization, and ongoing technical assistance.
By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our services.

Payments and Billing
The payment terms for our WordPress Care Maintenance Plan are outlined below to ensure clarity regarding the costs, billing cycles, and payment expectations.
- Pricing: The pricing for our WordPress Care Maintenance Plan is outlined on our website or as specified in the proposal agreed upon by both parties. Prices are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to the client in advance.
- Billing Cycle: Our maintenance plan is billed on a [monthly/quarterly] basis. Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you choose an quarterly plan, you will be billed once for the full quarterly; for monthly plans, billing will occur monthly.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made using the following methods:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- Bank Transfer
- PayPal (or any other specified payment gateway)
- Late Payments:
We understand that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances can sometimes occur, which may cause delays in payment. If such an event happens, please inform us as soon as possible, as it could be a valid reason for a delay. Based on mutual understanding, QuickCoderz may extend the grace period, but this will depend on the specific situation. After the 10-day grace period, if payment has still not been received, a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance will be applied for any overdue payments.We encourage open communication and are happy to work with you to resolve any issues or delays as quickly as possible.
- Refund Policy: Payments for the WordPress Maintenance Plan are non-refundable after [10 days] of the initial payment, except in cases where services have not been provided as agreed. If a refund is requested within the allowable period, it will be processed according to the terms outlined in the agreement. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Price Adjustments: While we do not regularly adjust prices, we acknowledge that external factors such as inflation or unexpected changes in tax regulations or government policies may require us to make pricing adjustments. In the rare event that such adjustments are necessary, we promise to limit price increases to no more than once per year and no more than 30% of the current price. We will notify you in advance of any price changes, ensuring full transparency and providing you with the option to discuss or adjust the terms if needed.
We value our relationship with you and strive to offer consistent and fair pricing, even in the face of external challenges. Clients will be notified of any price changes at least [90] days before the new pricing takes effect. Clients will have the option to cancel the plan prior to the price adjustment if they do not accept the new rates.
- Service Activation and Renewal: Services will be activated once payment has been processed successfully. Renewal of services will occur automatically at the start of each billing cycle, and the client will be charged according to the agreed plan unless canceled in writing before the renewal date.

Website Backups
Website backups are a critical part of maintaining the integrity and security of your WordPress site. At QuickCoderz, we include regular backup services as part of our WordPress Maintenance Plan to ensure that your website data is secure and can be restored in the event of data loss, corruption, or other issues. Below are the key details regarding our backup services:
- Frequency of Backups: Backups of your website will be performed on a regular basis as specified in the maintenance plan. Typically, this includes full backups of the website’s database and files on a [weekly/monthly] basis. For websites with higher traffic or complex content, more frequent backups may be recommended.
- Backup Storage: Your website backups will be stored securely in [cloud storage/remote server], ensuring that your data is safe and accessible in case of an emergency. The backups will be retained for a period of [1 month], after which older backups may be overwritten or removed to free up storage space.
- Backup Scope: The backups will include essential website data such as:
- WordPress database
- Website files (themes, plugins, media uploads, etc.)
- Configurations and settings
Please note that website backups do not include third-party applications or services that are not directly related to the WordPress installation.
- Backup Restoration: In the event of data loss or a website issue, QuickCoderz will assist with restoring your website from the most recent backup available. Please note that the restoration process may take time depending on the size of the website and the nature of the issue.
- Client Responsibility: While QuickCoderz provides website backup services as part of our maintenance plan, the client is responsible for maintaining their own backup copies of any critical content or files. It is recommended that clients download and store backups periodically to ensure redundancy.
- Backup Exclusions: QuickCoderz is not responsible for any loss of data or website functionality that occurs due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to hosting provider failures, server crashes, or security breaches. We will make every effort to perform regular backups, but we cannot guarantee absolute 100% protection against data loss.
Third-Party Services
Below are the key details regarding the use of premium (paid) themes and plugins in the WordPress Maintenance Plan:
- Licensing and Ownership:
- Premium themes and plugins must be purchased separately, either by the client or through QuickCoderz, depending on the plan selected. If QuickCoderz purchases the premium themes or plugins on behalf of the client, we will maintain the appropriate licenses and subscription information.
- The client is responsible for ensuring that they hold valid licenses for any premium themes or plugins used on their website. QuickCoderz will not be liable for any issues arising from expired or invalid licenses.
- Updates and Maintenance:
- As part of our maintenance services, we will update premium themes and plugins regularly to ensure compatibility with the latest version of WordPress and to patch any security vulnerabilities. This includes both automatic and manual updates.
- It is essential that the client renews any premium plugin or theme subscriptions to receive updates and support. If a theme or plugin license expires, QuickCoderz may be unable to update it until a valid license is provided.
- Client Responsibility:
- If the client has purchased premium themes or plugins independently, the client must ensure that they provide valid license keys to QuickCoderz for the purposes of updating and maintaining those themes or plugins.
- Clients are encouraged to notify QuickCoderz if they plan to make changes or add new premium themes or plugins to their site, as we may need to test and ensure compatibility with the existing site configuration.
- Support for Premium Plugins and Themes:
- Support for premium themes and plugins is often provided directly by the theme or plugin developer. While QuickCoderz will handle the technical implementation and updates, any issues or bugs related to the functionality of premium themes or plugins may require direct support from the original developers. QuickCoderz can assist in facilitating communication with the developers if needed, but we are not responsible for resolving issues that fall outside the scope of our maintenance services.
- Additional Costs:
- If the maintenance or support of premium themes or plugins requires purchasing additional licenses, extensions, or third-party services, these costs will be the responsibility of the client. QuickCoderz will notify the client of any additional costs before proceeding with any purchases.
- Compatibility and Conflicts:
- While we make every effort to ensure compatibility between WordPress, premium themes, and plugins, there is always a possibility of conflicts between themes, plugins, or with the WordPress core. QuickCoderz will notify the client of any compatibility issues and may offer solutions, which could include purchasing additional plugins or themes, modifying the existing setup, or other technical fixes.
